Bejtullah Destani is Minister Counsellor of the Embassy of Kosovo in Rome. He is a scholar and editor of many books on Albanian and Balkan interest. He is founder of the London-based Centre for Albanian Studies and serves and an adviser and special contributor to the IAPS.
