Femi Cakolli
Executive Committee
Dr. Cakolli earned his Ph.D. from the University of Prishtina’s Faculty of Philology with an emphasis on historical and Biblical Albanian literature. He is a pastor, author and editor. Full bio.

Teuta Toska

Prof.as.dr. Toska is a researcher, editor, and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Human Sciences at the “Aleksandër Xhuvani” University in Elbasan. She has analyzed early Albanian Biblical texts and edits IAPS publications. Full bio.

Diana Dako Hoxha
Adviser
Diana Dako Hoxha is the granddaughter of Sevasti Qiriazi Dako and Kristo Dako, and was raised by her great-aunt Parashqevi Qiriazi. She studied at the Philological Faculty in Tirana and worked as an English teacher before moving to the United States with her family.

David Hosaflook
Executive Director
Dr. David Hosaflook has lived in Albania since 1992 and earned his Ph.D. in history at the University of Tirana, writing the first documented chronological history of the Albanian Protestant Movement (for the years 1816–1908). Full bio.

Ledio Hala
Assistant for Research and Editing
Ledio is pursuing a PhD in General Linguistics at the University of Hamburg. He holds a Master’s in Albanology from LMU Munich and works as a Lecturer in Albanian at the University of Regensburg and the University of Zurich; he assists in research and editing for projects of the IAPS.

Bertina Salliu
Assistant for Administration and Research
Bertina completed her Masters degree in history at the University of Tirana with a thesis on Alexander Thomson and the Bible Society’s relationship with the Albanian nationalist figures of the 19th century. She assists the IAPS team in almost everything!

Ardita Shehu
Financial Consultant
Ardita is the founder of “OJF Finance & Consulting” and the “Women with Impact Network”. She also serves as Chief Financial Officer of Prison Fellowship Albania, and advises the IAPS on financial matters, reporting, and compliance with NGO regulations.

Mal Berisha

Dana Stucky (1951–2018)
Co-Founder
Dana Stucky was an avid researcher and writer about the Albanian Evangelical and female education movement, traveling to archives and libraries world-wide. She loved the Albanians and served nearly twenty years in Korça. Full bio.
